The drought in Spain informs. Directives to minimize its impact  

This report, published on April 17th 2007, has been written by the Committee of Experts in Drought, created by the Environment Ministry of Spain in order to analyze the phenomenon of the drought from different perspectives and to propose measures to mitigate its effects in the most effective way.
