Q. How do I subscribe to e-mail newsletters? A. Simply enter your e-mail address on the newsletter registration form in the left menu of the page, and then make your selections by checking ONLY the box next to the newsletter(s) you wish to receive. After making your selections, click the "Submit" button.
Q. How do I unsubscribe to e-mail newsletters? At the end of any newsletter you have received there is a link to unsubscribe or change you registration settings. You could face some problems following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the newsletter according with the software or the provider you are using to check you email. Q. Who do I contact if I am having problems unsubscribing? A. Please E-mail your request to newsletter AT desertnet DOT org and specify the email account you are using to receive the newsletter. Q. How do I change my E-mail Address? A. First you have to unsubscribe and then you will have to register again with the new account Q. Are Newsletters available in HTML format? A. Yes, HTML format is currently available. Q. May I suspend my Newsletters if I am away on vacation? A. Suspending e-mail newsletters is not currently an option, however you may unsubscribe and then re-subscribe when you return. Q. I have a problem accessing one of your URL links, who do I contact? A. Please contact us at webmaster AT desertnet DOT org if you have any problems with links. Q. How do I submit news articles for the Newsletters? A. Newsletters only contain stories that first appear in the Desertnet Web site. Please submit any story ideas to the web site. |
